Only experienced the drive thru. Late night hours I was there and it was busy. Sat in line for what seemed like forever to order and then after ordering. NOT complaining because the food was FRESH and delicious. I'd rather wait however long for my food to be fresh than move thru the line quick to get gross food. Having patience is a virtue.

This Wendy's location is absolutely GREAT! I come here frequently and I never have an issue with any part of my experience. The food is always fresh and hot I always order my favorite, a Fish Sandwich Combo Meal and the fries are always fresh out of the fryer and the fish is always top quality. When I open the wrapper, the sandwich is always neatly assembled and I can tell it was done so with care and good intention. As a person who at one time worked in fast food, I know that sometimes you may be asked to "pull up" to wait for something to be cooked freshly for you. And I am happy to wait patiently because the person who has let me know is doing so with a smile and an assurance that my wait will be well worth it. That leads me next to mention the OUTSTANDING customer service I ALWAYS receive at this Rogers St. location. These (mostly) younger people at the drive thru both taking orders over the speaker and at the window for point of sale have GREAT attitudes! The smile and easygoing demeanor from each different person I encounter there are what keep me going back every week. Big ups to the manager for creating a work environment that his/her employees can be proud of. You are a positive influence on your team. And kudos to all the staff toiling in a fast-paced kitchen. The attention to details doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the great work over there at Rogers St. Wendy's and know that you are the epitome of Customer Service and I am a very happy customer!

We stopped by here for a quick bite, on our way down to Disney. Had their baconator and pretty much enjoyed every bite. The place was clean and had plenty of parking. Restrooms were pretty clean as well.

Staff were extremely nice and extremely quick I come here a lot during my lunch break as I work at the grocery store right down the street from here they even went the extra mile and gave me an extra barbecue sauce with my mobile order and didn’t charge me. Very good place to go if you’re looking for a quick cheap meal.

The best Wendy's in the area. (Been to them all) Staff is always on top of things, kind and courteous. Bathrooms are clean, and the dining area is always clean. Wendy's fries are great!

The new breakfasts at Wendy's are delicious and fresh! The chicken biscuit is all breast meat, nicely seasoned on a flaky honey biscuit. The bacon and sausage biscuits and croissants, which we tasted, were perfect. Bacon was crisp. Sausage had a little spice, but not overpowering. Eggs were fried to perfection. Croissant was flaky and light. I'm sorry I missed out on getting to taste the biscuits with sausage gravy... My Wendy's didn't have any, and that was what I was most looking forward to. But what we had was great! The store was clean and the staff were kind and helpful.
